How To Pay Your Bill

Hampton Shaler Water Authority (HSWA) offers multiple ways for our customers to pay their bi-monthly bills.

In person at HSWA’s office:

All HSWA customers can pay their bills at the Authority office located at 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order or debit/credit card. If paying by debit/credit card an additional fee would apply.  We also have a night deposit box located by the front entrance to the building where only payments made by check can be placed after hours.

Drop-off location at the Shaler Township Municipal Building:

Another location to drop off HSWA bills would be the Shaler Township Municipal Building, 300 Wetzel Road, Glenshaw, PA 15116. PAYMENTS HAVE TO BE PLACED IN THE WHITE DROP OFF BOX LOCATED IN THE VESTIBULE. There is no longer counter service available there.  Acceptable forms of payment at this location are checks or money orders made payable to HSWA. No cash will be accepted. There will be a one-day delay in processing of payments paid at the Shaler Township Municipal Building. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE DUE DATE.

Drop-off location at the Etna Borough Building:

Payments can also be dropped off at the Etna Borough Building, 437 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15223.  PAYMENTS HAVE TO BE PLACED IN THE BLUE DROP OFF BOX LABELED ETNA BOROUGH LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE TO THEIR PARKING LOT ON THE SIDE OF THEIR BUILDING.  No counter service is available here. Acceptable forms of payment at this location are checks or money orders made payable to HSWA.  No cash will be accepted.  There will be a one-day delay in processing of payments paid at the Etna Borough Building.  PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE DUE DATE.

Drop-off location at the Sharpsburg Borough Building:

Payments can also be dropped off at the Sharpsburg Borough Building, 1611 Main Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15215.  PAYMENTS HAVE TO BE PLACED IN THE WHITE DROP OFF BOX LABELED HSWA PAYMENT DROP LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE BOROUGH BUILDING.  No counter service is available here. Acceptable forms of payment at this location are checks or money orders made payable to HSWA.  No cash will be accepted.  There will be a one-day delay in processing of payments paid at the Sharpsburg Borough Building.  PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE DUE DATE.

Via Online:

HSWA customers can also pay through our online portal (link at the top of the website).  HSWA offers payment of bills by credit card as an optional method of paying as a convenience to our customers. As you may be aware, credit card companies will charge a convenience fee when a customer uses a credit card. The online payment portal will also accept e-check payments. You can enroll in auto-payments using either a credit card or bank account through the link at the top of the website.

Our online payment system will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
