WATER MAIN BREAK, Sharpsburg Borough

The HSWA crew is working to repair a large water main break in Sharpsburg Borough. The area in and around Main Street, between 8th and 13th Streets may experience a water outage and/or low pressure as repairs are made. Once water service is restored, you may experience discolored water, so please refrain from washing light colored laundry until the water runs clear again. The discolored water is safe for consumption; unless you have health issues then we would recommend using bottled water. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete our work.
